BDSM activities are encouraged but must be safe, sane, and fully consensual. "Consensual" means asking, understanding, and receiving explicit permission before any activity.
Do not physically or verbally interfere with scenes unless invited to participate. Unauthorized participation is disruptive and disrespectful.
Public bondage stations are available for community use. Rotate between stations — don't monopolize equipment. Clean up after yourself and respect the gear for others.
Knife play, fire play, breath play, and blood play are strictly prohibited — especially with alcohol present. No exceptions.
Personal cameras, camera phones, and recording devices are prohibited. Violations result in confiscation and removal without refund. Authorized photographers wear visible photo passes. You may request not to be photographed — they will honor it.
Non-compliance results in denial of entry with no refund. Creative, elaborate outfits are encouraged. Visit the Fetish Factory Showroom (855 E Oakland Park Blvd) for gear and styling help.
Maintain respect for the event, the venue, and every attendee. Don't touch others without consent. Don't be disruptive. "Use common sense and don't be a dick!"
Purchase in-store at the Fetish Factory Showroom (cash only, 10% discount on other items that day), online via the store, or at the door (higher price). Online sales close at 5PM on party day for monthly events.
No. Fetish Factory will NEVER ship tickets of any kind under any circumstances.
The original cardholder must present a valid photo ID matching the ticket order name and the credit card used. Tickets are available at will-call on event day at the club entrance. Florida Fetish Weekend has separate will-call dates and locations.
Tickets are only released to the person who bought them — no exceptions. We recommend requesting a cancellation/refund and repurchasing under the attendee's name.
Unfortunately our physical ticketing policy requires that tickets be in-hand. Lost tickets require repurchase.

No. Full nudity is prohibited by all venues. Genitals of both men and women must be totally covered. Women's nipples and areola must also be covered in public areas.
Yes — $2 coat and bag check, typically located near the venue entrance.
Yes, table reservations with bottle service are available at most events. Email hello@alteregoparty.com with your party size and drink preferences.
Parties feature alcohol (dungeons don't). Less protocol-based, more fashion-focused. No dungeon masters — everything must be safe and consensual, and equipment is shared.
Staff wear all-black non-fetish wear with "STAFF" shirts. They're stationed near bathrooms, booths, and doors, and walk the floor throughout the night. Don't hesitate to flag them — they'd rather be made aware of something and have it be nothing than miss a real issue.

Give found items to staff at the event or drop them at the Fetish Factory Showroom the next morning. If you lost something, call the store the next day and email Glenn@fetishfactory.com with a description.
Galleries are posted on fetishfactory.com and require a free Fetish Factory account. Galleries can take up to two weeks to process after the event.

Yes — SDC members receive a 10% discount on in-store purchases at the Fetish Factory Showroom. Must be wearing your official SDC bracelet at time of purchase.
